Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 2, 2026
Zubro Services LLC ("Zubro Services") is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
1. Measures we take
- Semantic page structure with landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer);
- Labeled form fields and visible validation errors;
- Keyboard-operable controls (including FAQ disclosures);
- Text alternatives for meaningful images where applicable;
- Skip link to jump to main content;
- Ongoing fixes based on manual review and user feedback.
2. Conformance status
We work toward WCAG 2.2 AA conformance. Some content or third-party components may not yet fully meet every success criterion. We treat accessibility defects as product bugs and prioritize remediations that block core tasks (requesting a cash offer, calling us, reading key content).
3. Compatibility
The site is designed to work with modern browsers and common assistive technologies (for example recent versions of VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS with Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge). Older browsers may have a reduced experience.
4. Known limitations
We continuously improve the experience. If you find a barrier—such as unlabeled controls, keyboard traps, or insufficient contrast—please tell us so we can fix it.
5. Feedback and assistance
If you need information from this site in an alternative format, or if you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact us:
- Email: homes@zubroservices.com
- Phone: (425) 542-2707
Please include the page URL and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within two business days.
6. Enforcement
If you believe you have been denied access, you may also contact the U.S. Department of Justice ADA information line or your state human-rights or attorney-general consumer office, as applicable. We prefer to resolve issues directly and promptly when you contact us first.
